Horses are typically vaccinated twice a year to address the diseases most likely to impact their health. Core diseases that all horses are exposed to and should receive vaccines for include Rabies, West Nile virus, Eastern and Western equine encephalomyelitis, and tetanus.

Depending on your horse’s exposure risk, we recommend vaccinations for the equine influenza virus and herpes virus.
